Sheer blue sleeves with ribbon edging. the drop waist is accented in gold trim. The top layer of the lightly gathered skirt is a semi sheer dark blue with sparkly bottom accent. The bottom layer is a light blue satin. This is actually marked 4-6x. It is a combination of nylon and polyester.
